నేపథ్యంలో మత్స్యకారులు రాబోయే 48 గంటల పాటు సముద్రంలో వేటకు వెళ్లవద్దని స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చారు. వాతావరణ శాఖ ప్రకటన ప్రకారం.. శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం, పార్వతీపురం మన్యం, అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు, కాకినాడ, డాక్టర్ బీఆర్ అంబేడ్కర్ కోనసీమ, తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లాలు, పోలవరం పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లో తేలికపాటి నుంచి మోస్తరు వర్షాలు కురిసే సూచనలు ఉన్నాయి. వర్షంతో పాటు పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో పిడుగులు పడే తీవ్ర ప్రమాదం ఉన్నందున వర్షం పడే సమయంలో ప్రజలు బయట తిరగవద్దని, ముఖ్యంగా విద్యుత్ స్తంభాలు, పాత భవనాలు, పెద్ద హోర్డింగ్స్ కింద నిలబడవద్దని అధికారులు సూచించారు.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan> రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రస్తుతం విచిత్రమైన వాతావరణ పరిస్థితులు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఉదయం నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం వరకు ఎండ, ఉక్కబోత తీవ్రంగా వేధిస్తుండగా, సాయంత్రానికి ఒక్కసారిగా మబ్బులు కమ్మి వర్షాలు కురుస్తున్నాయి. ఈ ఏడాది ఎల్-నినో (El Niño) ప్రభావం కారణంగా సాధారణం కంటే తక్కువ వర్షపాతం నమోదు కావడం, వర్షాలు సకాలంలో పడకపోవడంతో రైతన్నలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. తాజాగా ఏర్పడిన అల్పపీడనం కొంతవరకు ఉపశమనాన్ని కలిగిస్తుందని
